Sanity is overRateD

So i just came back from 2 weeks in a remote country doing research for HSM...
I've storyboarded through 89 pages of the 98 page script so that will be done by the end of the month...right on schedule...
I'm already 20 minutes through the animatic but that is what July is for...
In July I will also buy/build the workstation for HSM...so i get to have some geek fun...

I can say without a doubt... HSM will be the darkest and most evil thing I have ever created... At several points when writing... it brought me to tears out of turmoil... it has real pain in it... not made up fucking movie bullshit pain with the violins in the background to press your "choke up" button real world gut wrenching FUCKED UP emotional razorwire...

Why would I make such a thing? The world we live in is FUCKED and if your not on Xanax you feel it... On my flight back this guy behind me explained to this woman next to him "you take it if you dont want to care about anything, if you dont want to feel anything"

Me... i want to feel everything...and I want to make it so on the screen...

Making this film will be a dark and troubling journey for me but if I make it out sane and alive I guarantee you it will be the illest shit you have ever seen ^ ^

What format should I render out of Cinema 4d with?

UPDATED 2_27_13!  RENDER USING EXR Lossy Zip16! Since I'm working on a new feature film that will generate over 1500 shots made up of image sequences I need to make sure I choose the right file format to render to lest my hard drives explode. What I need from my format is  at least 16bit, an alpha included and preferably small size. I rendered out a frame from my film tallied up all the file sizes here- their all different types of codecs listed from smallest file size to largest.
