Automated call center advice

So my heatsink was supposed to come yesterday but UPS never delivered it...and when I tracked it...the status said there was an "exception"

So I called the UPS 800 number and it was one of those automated call center things... and I went through the options and got to a point where there was no option for talking to an operator.... so the automated voice was all... "Please choose an option" and I was all "FUCK..... YOU" and it was all "We're sorry will you please repeat that" then I said it louder and creepier "FUCK... YOU" Then it was all "We're sorry will you please repeat that" and even louder and creepier I said "FUCK YOU!!!" then there was a pause....then the automated voice said "We're now transferring you to an operator" So I got what I wanted initially by just screaming "FUCK YOU" over and over....Gawd Bless America..THE END.

  2. oddly enough, I too have used this method. My insurance company tends to respond well to "ihateyouihateyouihateyouihateyouihateyou..." in rapid succession. After about ten seconds of that, I get an operator.

    I have done the "fuck you" method as well... I guess it just depends on my mood when I call.
